Deficiency Sales Representative - Kitchen Ventilation and Controls
The Deficiency Sales Representative oversees and manages assigned departmental deficiency programs by preparing proposals, service quotes, and recommendations related to customer system deficiencies. This role focuses on identifying, evaluating, and resolving system and equipment deficiencies to ensure compliance with industry safety codes and standards. The Deficiency Sales Representative works closely with facility managers, maintenance teams, regulatory authorities, and contractors to develop and implement effective business strategies.

Your Typical Day
- Make daily follow-up, courtesy phone calls, and emailsReview, quote, and present technician-identified deficiencies and recommendations to customersQuote new or stalled deficiencies as well as complementary services daily Utilize Sales Force and Service Trade real-time data to drive decision-makingWork with all personnel and outside contacts to satisfy clients and achieve company sales goalsComplete and maintain accurate sales forecasts, data gathering, and reports for business operationsBuild your pipeline of opportunities and manage through SalesforceConduct post-sale follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction
What Will You Bring?
- High School Diploma or equivalent1+ years of Account Management or Sales Experience preferredWorking knowledge of Netsuite, Service Trade, and Salesforce is encouraged, but not requiredComfortable with spreadsheet software, such as Word processing systems and Google Sheets
