Position is contingent upon contract award and funding.

Sev1Tech is looking for a Common Cloud Environment (C2E) Support Lead/Program Manager - Intermediate supporting the ALTESS Windows team in a mixed and growing environment currently supporting functional teams and customers that utilize MS Windows server 2019/2022, MS SQL 2019, MS Windows 11, VMWare 7.x.,OEL 8x-9x, and Oracle Operating systems.

The responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Under direct supervision of Services Management Division Chief, oversees the management of a team of Cloud Architects, System Administrators, System Engineers, and Technical Project Managers who implement, manage, and administer all Common Cloud Environment (C2E) customer projects within the AWS/Azure cloud environments
  • Reviews all Service Level Agreements (SLA), Addendums, and cost estimates prepared for customer projects
  • Serves as the principal point of representation and liaison with C2E customers on operational matters and provides day-to-day technical/professional guidance and leadership as appropriate to the area of expertise


Responsibilities

  • Active DoD Secret Security Clearance
  • Experience in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, related scientific or technical discipline
  • Experience with Common Cloud Environment (C2E)
  • Program Management Professional (PMP) Certification (or DAWIA Level III in Program Management)
  • Position requires the ability to relate to customers in a professional manner
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience effectively managing multiple large-scale projects



Qualifications



  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical/business discipline or equivalent years of experience managing application development projects
