Summary/Objective
As a member of the Hogan Application Technology group working on the Business Process team, you
will support organizational decision-making and operations by ensuring the integrity, performance, and
accessibility of our business systems. You will work closely with other members of the team to design,
build, and maintain scalable solutions and infrastructure that connect our operational systems.
Essential Functions
- Provide technical expertise maintain and enhance D365 Sales (CRM) and Microsoft Power Platform.
- Administer and support CRM, including configuration, testing, and documentation.
- Maintain and improve custom forms, fields, views, and business process flows in CRM.
- Use the Power Platform stack to create and maintain workflows, business apps, and data models.
- Manage integrations between CRM and other systems, incl. D365 Business Central and HubSpot.
- Triage incoming requests, estimate effort, prioritize tasks, and communicate timelines and updates.
- Develop and maintain clear, accurate technical documentation.
- Stay up to date with the Microsoft Business Applications roadmap and emerging tools.

Our Tech Stack
Our environment is built primarily on Microsoft products, including:
- Dynamics 365 Sales (CRM)
- Dynamics 365 Business Central (Accounting)
- Dynamics 365 Customer Service (Customer helpdesk)
- Microsoft Power Platform (PowerBI, Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse)
- Source Control with Git using Azure DevOps or GitHub for CI/CD
Required Knowledge
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales (CRM) and Power Platform.
- Proficiency in Dataverse for creating and managing tables, relationships, views, and solution layers.
- Experience working with CRM and/or Business Central APIs and web services.
- Ability to build Canvas and Model-driven Power Apps.
- Intermediate knowledge of C# or JavaScript for customizations.
Preferred Knowledge
- Experience integrating with D365 Business Central.
- Familiarity with data migration between D365 Sales and HubSpot.
- Understanding of cost optimization and performance monitoring in cloud environments.
- Awareness of international privacy laws as they apply to business applications.

Experience and Education Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience with D365 Sales (CRM) and Power Platform.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
- Microsoft MB-280 (Sales) or MB-200 (Power Platform) certification(s) or equivalent experience.
