JOB SUMMARY:
The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in financial management, risk oversight, liquidity planning, and regulatory reporting, to support management of Oregon Pacific Bank.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field; or relevant work experience within the industry. CPA or MBA preferred.
Experience: 10 years of financial leadership experience in banking or financial services.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with the bank’s mission
- Oversee financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting.
- Manage liquidity, capital planning, and financial risk
- Manage the Bank’s $150MM investment portfolio using total return methodology.
- Manage the Bank’s deposit and loan pricing strategy
- Oversee the Bank general liability and D&O insurance
- Manage the Bank’s investor relations communications, including participation in investor conferences
- Ensure full compliance with all regulatory requirements and support regulatory filings
- Build strong internal controls, accounting policies, and financial processes
- Partner closely with the CEO and executive team on all strategic initiatives
- Operate with the highest level of integrity, representing the bank while on duty and off.
- Be knowledgeable of bank compliance rules and adhere to Bank, Federal and State policy, procedures and banking regulations relating to this position

- The position is a full-time position located in Eugene, Oregon.
- Ability to concentrate and focus on essential functions in appropriate priority order is required.

- Proficient computer skills with an emphasis on MS Office Products to include Excel and Word

RELATIONSHIPS:
- Reports to the Chief Executive Officer for fulfillment of functions and responsibilities.
- Supervise the finance department including Controller and Staff Accountant.
