Description:
We do Consulting Differently
Second Sight Solutions, a subsidiary of Berkeley Research Group (BRG), is a health technology company, and our innovative technology reimagines how drug discount data is exchanged, establishing new connections and improving transparency for drug manufacturers and their customers. Our customers and partners trust us to deliver reliable, first-to-market solutions and safeguard the data we receive. We trust our employees, and our culture gives them the freedom to create, collaborate, and grow. Our leaders are industry experts, creative, unafraid to challenge the status quo, and the pioneers of market-changing solutions.
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Associate to join our fast-paced Client Implementation team. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong execution with technical fluency, can quickly learn how systems connect, support solution design efforts, and contribute to integration-driven implementations in a growing environment.
As an Associate, you will partner with technical implementation managers to drive consistent high-quality delivery through clear documentation, cross-functional coordination, and implementation readiness. You will help support solution design and integrations by maintaining requirements and mapping artifacts, tracking configuration decisions and dependencies, and supporting issue triage with clear evidence and next steps to keep workstreams moving.
Responsibilities:
Track and manage internal and external project action items.
Support implementation timelines by owning repeatable tasks (e.g., documentation updates, follow-ups, meeting notes).
Collaborate with TIMs to prepare client-facing materials and communications.
Assist in product configuration tracking and process coordination.
Help maintain internal documentation and support onboarding resources.
Attend client and internal meetings to support execution and knowledge transfer.
Continuously improve documentation and operational processes with the TIM team.
Support issue triage by gathering evidence, clarifying requirements, and helping route items to the right internal teams with a clear problem statement and recommended next steps.
Qualifications:
1–3 years of experience in client services, project coordination, business operations, or implementation support.
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
High attention to detail and consistency.
Self-starter with a growth mindset and desire to learn technical systems and client workflows.
Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office tools; familiarity with Smartsheet, Jira, or other project tools is a plus.
Exposure to technical concepts through coursework, projects, or prior work (e.g., systems, integrations, structured data, or basic scripting), with the ability to ramp quickly.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with technical teams, SaaS platforms, or healthcare/financial-related software.
Familiarity with project lifecycles and implementation best practices.
Interest in long-term growth into implementation, operations, or product roles.
A background in technology or technical aptitude is a strong plus (e.g., learning new tools quickly and understanding how systems connect).
Candidate must be able to submit verification of their legal right to work in the U.S., without company sponsorship.
Salary Range: $90,000 - $120,000
