Champion is hiring a Quality & Marketing Specialist to join their winning team! The Quality & Marketing Specialist is responsible for ensuring compliance and optimizing quality across certifications like ISO 9001, FIDI-FAIM, and C-TPAT. Responsibilities include managing vendor relationships to uphold quality standards, conducting and analyzing quality surveys, and implementing corrective actions. What You'll Be Doing:
- Participate in the management and upkeep of ISO 9001, FIDI-FAIM, and C-TPAT certifications.
- Assist in comprehensive vendor management processes, including facilitating vendor changes, vetting new vendors, monitoring vendor quality, and directly addressing quality issues and assessments with vendors.
- Manage processes related to Corrective and Preventive Actions (CPARs) and quality issues, tracking trends across the organization and vendor network.
- Coordinate and execute quality surveys, meticulously reviewing received feedback and promptly addressing identified concerns.
- Deliver regular quality feedback to accounts and respond promptly to ad-hoc requests.
- Contribute insights and recommendations to enhance service quality, facilitating implementation of necessary changes and training programs.
- Provide mentorship and expertise to the Quality Specialist and other team members within the department.
- Support various tasks related to shipment insurance and provide backup support across departmental functions.
- Execute marketing assignments as delegated, including creating documents and presentations for client interactions, drafting industry alerts, and contributing to the Marketing Committee.

Qualifications
What You'll Need:
- Associate degree in Quality Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field is preferred. Bachelors preferred.
- 2-4 years of experience in the relocation industry.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with quality reporting, conducting surveys, and implementing continuous improvement programs is highly beneficial.
