As a Sr. HRIS Analyst, you will be responsible for the configuration, implementation, and continuous improvement of Workday, leveraging its full capabilities to streamline HR processes and improve employee experience. Responsibilities
System Administration and Optimization Administer the day-to-day operations of the HRIS platform (Workday). Configure and customize HRIS functionalities to align with business needs and ensure compliance with policies. Oversee system upgrades, patches, and testing to ensure seamless functionality. Collaborate with HR and IT teams to implement new modules and tools. Data Management and Reporting Ensure the accuracy, security, and integrity of HR data within the system. Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics to support HR and Business decision-making. Conduct audits to identify and resolve data discrepancies. Manage data privacy and compliance with GDPR, CCPA, or other applicable regulations. Process Improvement Analyze current HRIS workflows and recommend enhancements for greater efficiency. Streamline and automate manual HR processes using system capabilities. Support global HR technology projects, including system migrations and integrations. Stakeholder Collaboration Partner with HR, payroll, IT, and other stakeholders to ensure system alignment with organizational objectives. Train HR team members and end-users on HRIS functionalities and updates. Act as a primary point of contact for troubleshooting system issues and providing technical support. Compliance and Risk Management Monitor and enforce compliance with local, state, and international HR data regulations. Maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and troubleshooting guides.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.00.
- 5+ years of experience administering HRIS platforms (Workday preferred) in a mid-to-large sized organization.
- Experience and understanding of HR processes, including payroll, benefits, and performance management.
- Proficiency in HRIS configuration, workflows, and reporting tools.
- Advanced knowledge of data management, analytics, and reporting.
- Familiarity with system integrations using APIs, middleware, or other tools.
