Lutron is looking for self-driven and team-oriented individuals to join our Customer Service – Commercial & OEM Support team at our Global Headquarters in Coopersburg, PA.
As a valued member of our Customer Service – Commercial & OEM Support team, you will serve as the voice of Lutron, delivering exceptional customer experiences through sound judgment, accountability, and a commitment to excellence. This role is ideal for proactive individuals who are eager to grow their customer service skills and make a meaningful impact through thoughtful, solutionfocused interactions with our customers.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders that include commercial project managers (PM’s), quotes teams, commercial reps, and on-site service techs to provide support on high profile commercial jobs from quote to delivery.
- Track commercial project deadlines to ensure shipment/delivery is according to project schedules; communicate priority jobs to the factory in a timely manner.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for commercial customers & OEM manufacturers by assisting with order entry, sample requests, order status / tracking information assistance, and shipping replacement parts. Overall, the person in this role will ensure commercial customers and OEM manufacturers have a seamless and effortless experience for their needs/requests.
- Partner with Sales to support OEM pipeline management, including demand visibility and upcoming opportunities
- Manage and resolve OEM order holds, addressing issues related to pricing, documentation, supply constraints, or policy requirements
- Leverage your problem-solving skillsto think creatively and propose innovative solutions to business challenges.
- Proactively expand your knowledgeof Lutron’s commercial and fixture product lines.
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree required
- If less than 5 years of professional work experience, minimum cumulative 2.80 GPA is required
- Must be located within commutable distance of Coopersburg, PA to accommodate in-office schedule
