Job Summary

Collaborates with organizational leadership to develop and execute the overall strategy and vision, ensuring operational efficiency and alignment with organizational goals. Oversees key functions—including human resources, finance, IT, data analytics, and operations—to promote cross-functional effectiveness and smooth day-to-day processes. Leads the organization-wide creation and implementation of strategies, policies, and procedures that enhance performance and optimize resource utilization. Provides data-driven oversight by leveraging analytics to set measurable objectives, assess capabilities, identify trends, forecast outcomes, and monitor KPIs—transforming insights into strategic actions that strengthen adaptability and competitiveness. Partners with leadership to guide recruitment, enrollment, marketing, and communications strategies that drive stakeholder engagement and organizational growth. Manages budgeting and financial performance, proactively identifying opportunities for cost reduction and revenue optimization. Builds strong relationships with employees, partners, and stakeholders while ensuring transparent communication of operational performance.


Essential Functions

• Works with the organization’s leader to develop and implement the organization's overall strategy and vision to ensure smooth and efficient processes.
• Creates and implements strategies, policies, and procedures to improve operational efficiency and align with the organization's goals.
• Prioritize organizational needs and cascade them down to organization’s staff and faculty, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
• Works directly with the leader, ensuring that operations are aligned with the organization’s strategic goals and that operations run smoothly and efficiently.
• Oversees various functions (which may include human resources, finance, IT, data analytics, etc.) ensuring they function effectively and collaborate effectively for the entire organization.
• Monitors key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze data, and identify areas for improvement in operational efficiency.
• Oversees data analytics for strategic impact that requires establishing a clear, data-driven vision that aligns analytics initiatives with overall organization’s goals. This involves developing a comprehensive strategy encompassing data governance, talent development, and the right
technological infrastructure. The process includes defining measurable objectives, evaluating current capabilities, and leveraging analytics to identify trends, forecast outcomes, and track performance against key KPIs. Acts as an enabler to transform data into actionable insights that
drive informed decision-making, foster adaptability, and a provides a competitive edge for the organization.
• Partners with leadership to shape and execute comprehensive strategies for recruitment, enrollment, marketing and communications that optimize stakeholder engagement, leverage data analytics and advance organization’s key performance objectives.
• Works with leadership and the financial staff to develop and manage the organization's budget.
• Monitor financial performance, analyze revenue streams, and identify areas for cost reduction.
• Builds and maintains strong relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, customers, vendors, and partners.
• Regularly communicates operational performance to the organization leadership and stakeholders.
• Supervises staff, which includes hiring, performance reviews, and documenting disciplinary actions and other human resource administration; manages work schedules and approves timecards; provides professional development opportunities; distributes and reviews work.


Physical Effort

Little physical effort required. Duties are primarily sedentary. May be required to move objects up to 25 pounds occasionally.
