Job Summary

Coordinates the admissions process for applicants to include active correspondence with and visit logistics for prospective students. Participates in recruitment activities and projects.


Essential Functions
  • Manages the initial processing of undergraduate international applications, including test scores, immigration documents, and transcripts.
  • Evaluates admissions applications and credentials from around the world.
  • Verifies accuracy of documentation and data and resolves incomplete or missing documentation.
  • Communicates with international applicants, families, prospective students, and school personnel to resolve questions and/or inquiries.
  • Uses internal systems to generate reports for data analysis and strategic enrollment planning.

Physical Effort

Mobility with regard to potential travel is essential and a requirement for successful performance in this position. May be required to carry a box of materials (up to 50lbs).
