Job Summary
Plans, administers, and directs a large department or multiple, small departments within Athletics. Interprets and implements strategic direction in assigned departments within Athletics. Conducts ongoing evaluation of programs to ensure compliance with University and department policies, procedures, and regulations.
Essential Functions
• Assists in implementation of all life skills programs and events; manages day-to-day operations. Oversees and executes the program deliverables.
• Serves as the co-advisor for the student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC). Facilitates the student-athlete experience.
• Assists in the implementation of assessments and evaluations for all Life Skills programs and events, including program evaluations, needs assessments, community service evaluations, program surveys, and pre- and post-tests. Compiles and analyzes assessment/evaluation data.

Must be able to sit or stand for prolonged periods of time.
