The Visiting Professor (IP) is a temporary, non-tenure track,10-month appointment beginning in the summer of 2026.

The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching two courses: IP Survey in the Fall and Patent Law in the Spring. The successful candidate will have ample time to focus on scholarship and be afforded access to the Law School’s library and related resources.

  • Teach the Patent Law and IP Survey courses.
  • Advise and support students through formal and informal means.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Juris Doctor
  • Excellent academic credentials
  • Strong classroom teaching skills
  • Expertise in the area of Intellectual Property Law
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Significant record of successful teaching.
