Students are expected to follow lab policies and protocols and serve as mentors for new undergraduate students joining the lab. Students will develop a research plan for the semester in coordination with Dr. Rodriguez Rivera. Students are expected to perform experiments, analyze data, contribute to peer-reviewed articles, and provide short weekly updates in a method agreed upon between the student and Dr. Rodriguez Rivera. At the end of the semester, they will prepare a poster presentation and present at Villanova University undergraduate symposium. Students may present their work at other conferences with Dr. Rodriguez Rivera’s approval.
