Job Description Summary:*Provide first-level help desk support to help maintain all UNIT-supported systems.

*Consult with students, faculty, and staff regarding issues with Villanova technology and systems.

*Assist with computer problems and provide diagnosis and resolutions.

*Log calls utilizing the TeamDynamix (TDX) ticket system.Requirements:Some technical knowledge to support the IT infrastructure.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
*Excellent customer service skills.Additional Information:* Summer, Fall, and Spring position.
* UNIT will provide ALL training.
*Must have a current drivers license to obtain golf cart certificationPhysical Demands Summary:*Must be able to occasionally lift 50lbsWage Rate:$11.25 Posting Detail Information
