The Programmer Analyst develops and supports technical solutions that enhance and extend the capabilities of the University’s enterprise application platforms. This role designs and implements scripts, automation solutions, integrations, reporting tools, and system enhancements that improve operational efficiency and support institutional business processes. The Programmer Analyst collaborates with System Functional Leads and internal technical teams to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions. The role also supports platform operations by troubleshooting system issues, maintaining scheduled processes, and ensuring enterprise applications operate reliably and securely. Villanova is a Catholic university sponsored by the Augustinian Order. | Salary Posting Information: | This position falls within salaried grade 16 and the range is $83,700-93,000. The final salary will be determined with consideration of several factors including the selected candidate’s qualifications, department budget availability, market data, and internal equity. |
