The Executive Administrative Assistant reports to the Vice President for UNITAS: Office of Community Enrichment and provides high-level administrative support to the Vice President and the Assistant Vice President. This role is integral to the daily operations of the office, ensuring efficient management of schedules, communications, events, and projects. The position is the primary administrative point of contact for the Vice President and Assistant Vice President with regards to scheduling, travel arrangements, correspondence, special event planning, presentation materials, and office operations. The Executive Administrative Assistant also provides reception support, receiving visitors and guests. The Executive Administrative Assistant maintains high-level awareness and sensitivity to appropriately recognize, prioritize, and engage key contacts (direct reports, senior University leadership, Trustees, and other external constituents) as a frequent first point of contact. | Salary Posting Information: | This position falls within salaried grade 14 and the range is $35.22-36.26/hr. The final salary will be determined with consideration of several factors including the selected candidate’s qualifications, department budget availability, market data, and internal equity. |
