The Administrative and Program Specialist will provide administrative support to the UNITAS: Inclusive Education (CLAS UNITAS) and Center for Inclusive Education (CIE) The Administrative and Program Specialist will be responsible for the administrative support of CLAS Associate Dean for Inclusive Education and the tasks of maintaining the needs of CLAS UNITAS and the CIE. Work closely with the CLAS Associate Dean for Inclusive Education and CIE Director to manage operations, plan and promote events, and to help ensure that operational and tactical goals are executed effectively and on time. Limited local travel and occasional attendance at evening events is anticipated. The Administrative and Program Specialist will support undergraduate and graduate students with information, support, and communication about co-curricular academic preparation, enrichment, experiential learning, and professional development opportunities for qualified students. The Administrative and Program Specialist will work closely with other CLAS staff to support the overall implementation and operation of CIE’s student support offerings. The Administrative and Program Specialist will support the execution of events, programs, and services for the CLAS CIE and activities related to UNITAS: Inclusive Education efforts. | Salary Posting Information: | This position falls within hourly grade 11 and the range is $25.05-26.48/hr. The final salary will be determined with consideration of several factors including the selected candidate’s qualifications, department budget availability, market data, and internal equity. |
