Position Summary Information

Job Description Summary:
Mentor and supervise AAP Summer Bridge undergraduate students in a residential setting. Develop and implement programming to aid in students’ transition from high school to college.
Requirements:
Required Qualifications
• Experience as a mentor and/or group leader.
• Experience developing and/or implementing programming and/or events.
• Knowledge of Villanova resources.
• Record of reliable participation in CASA.
• Conscientiousness.
• Capacity to lead.
• Ability to address conflicts calmly.
• Creativity in program development as well as problem solving.
• Willingness to collaborate closely with peers and staff.
• Willingness to work closely with AAP students and give attention to their well-being.

Preferred Qualifications
• Expertise in time management.
