Responsibilities

 

Join our Utilization Reviewer Department as a Medical Services Support 2 in this fully remote opportunity. We're seeking a detail-oriented professional who can work from their established home location anywhere in the United States. While you'll enjoy the benefits of remote work, this role requires working during Pacific Standard Time business hours (typically 9am - 6pm PST), regardless of your time zone.

 

About the Role: In this position, you'll provide essential administrative support for high-volume, transaction-oriented assignments within our healthcare utilization review process. The role involves precise data entry, thorough document verification, and strict adherence to established processes within our contractual business framework.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and verify medical documents with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Perform data entry functions across various healthcare systems
  • Follow established protocols for routine decision-making tasks
  • Maintain quality standards while meeting productivity expectations
  • Support efficient processing workflows for high-volume transactions
  • Execute administrative tasks within contractually defined parameters
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely processing of utilization reviews


Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Minimum typing speed of 45 WPM
  • Basic computer skills and experience with data entry systems
  • Experience with data entry and document processing
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to follow standardized procedures efficiently
  • Excellent organizational skills and time management
  • Ability to maintain focus in a high-volume environment
  • Experience working remotely preferred
  • Medical records experience preferred
