Responsibilities

 

This is a full-time, work-from-home position. This role may be performed remotely from anywhere in the United States.

 

Provider Data Service Analyst 1

The Provider Data Service Analyst 1 maintains and ensures the accuracy of Provider Data for network Delegated Group providers. This role is critical in supporting proper claim provider selection, ensuring accurate reimbursement, and maintaining correct member access through directory listings.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain Provider Data for all network Delegated Group providers submitted in Excel format
  • Ensure all provider information is accurately recorded and maintained for proper reimbursement and member directory listings
  • Review system updates and error messages post automation to verify provider data is loaded accurately
  • Identify any manual updates needed to complete data load processes
  • Provide support for baseline provider data transactions that cannot be administered automatically due to system limitations and/or data integrity issues
  • Review bulk provider submissions from delegated provider groups to confirm accuracy of data load to system
  • Review file formats and map data elements to ensure proper translation into internal system requirements or fields
  • Research data discrepancies and key provider data into internal systems as needed to resolve errors
 



Qualifications

 

Education and Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent 
  • 1-2 years of experience in healthcare data management or similar role required
  • Experience working with provider data management systems preferred

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Understanding of healthcare provider networks and relationships
  • Experience with data analysis and data management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data manipulation
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Experience with healthcare provider data preferred
  •
