Responsibilities
Work with our Austin leadership team to anticipate the needs of the organization and execute HR programs such as:
- Attracting and retaining exceptional people
- Overseeing the execution of onboarding for new employees
- Providing day-to-day performance management guidance to management team (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions)
- Coordinating and performing all HRIS and benefit processes
- Identifying training needs and partnering with the learning organization to successfully execute programs
- Ensuring job rotations for development and learning
- Partnering with leaders to ensure compensation and performance management programs are properly executed
- Drive innovative retention strategies
- Apply your proven communication skills to effectively coordinate and present HR updates to team members and key stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Organizational Psychology or related field
- Minimum, cumulative GPA of 3.00 for all degrees earned.
- 8+ years of progressive HR experience in a manufacturing facility or distribution center
- HR certification preferred
- Proven understanding of HR principles and practices
- Experience collaboratively driving projects with cross-functional teams
- Experience working effectively in a matrix organization
