Construction Equipment Operator
As our Equipment Operator, you will drive the construction machinery operation by delivering highquality and safe construction projects through skilled equipment handling, attention to detail, and effective coordination with project teams.
You will operate a variety of construction equipment, including excavators, loaders, skid steers, backhoes, forklifts, and other machinery, to support earthwork, grading, material movement, trenching, and site preparation activities. You will assist in ensuring that all work aligns with project plans, specifications and quality standards while maintaining a hazardfree work environment. When not operating equipment, you will perform various construction activities to support the project teams.
Experienced operators may handle more complex tasks, train junior operators, support productivity improvements, and lead small work areas as needed.

Your Background
- Previous experience operating construction equipment on construction projects.
- Proficiency with skid steers, forklifts, backhoe, excavators, loaders, or similar machinery.
- Ability to understand site plans, cut/fill requirements, utility layouts, and operator signals.
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work safely around other trades and equipment.
- Ability to work in outdoor and physically demanding environments, including climbing into machinery and performing routine equipment checks.
