Our team designs facilities for clients in the Corporate, Healthcare, Science and Technology industry. By working with our clients and listening to their needs, we gather a deep understanding of their desired outcomes, practicing creativity and innovation along the way. Qualifications
RS&H is currently seeking a Project Architect to join our Dallas team.#LI-RM2 This position will have the ability to work a hybrid schedule of in-office and remote. As part of the Buildings team, you'll serve an integral role in the firm by performing analyses of design, planning, occupancy, and impact studies, cost analyses, design requirements, site selection, and limited design layouts; designing and conducting experiments and analyzing and interpreting the data; preparing project specifications and documents; preparing and presenting drawings, visual aids, and presentations to clients; and performing quality control reviews, field reviews, inspections, and observations of ongoing construction projects. This position may also provide technical guidance and assign tasks to junior and support staff in support of designated projects. To be successful in this role, you must:

- Bachelor’s of Architecture degree from an accredited university
- Minimum 5+ years of design experience
- Professional Registration required
- Strong marketing, sales, production and team building skills
- Strong leadership, organizational, communication and relationship management skills
- Proficiency with Revit (critical), AutoCad, Bluebeam and Affinity.#LI-RM1
- Experience with healthcare architecture strongly preferred.
