Detroit Defense is seeking highly experienced logisticians with a proven background in combat vehicle testing to serve as Logistics Liaison Officers (LNOs) at Fort Hood, TX. These Logistics Liaison Officer roles support the successful execution of testing for a new combat vehicle platform by facilitating and synchronizing interactions among vendors, installation personnel, and key stakeholders to ensure seamless information flow and operational continuity. 

Responsibilities include proactively identifying and implementing project efficiencies, while independently driving coordination and deconfliction in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Serve as the on-site point of contact during critical testing phases of a combat vehicle platform.
• Coordinate and facilitate interaction between vendors, installation personnel, and key stakeholders to ensure timely, accurate information flow.
• Proactively identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce friction during testing operations.
• Leverage established on-post relationships to resolve issues, drive coordination, and ensure effective deconfliction in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Requirements:

• Recently retired Logistics CW3 or CW4 strongly preferred, or candidates with equivalent senior-level logistics experience.
• Prior experience supporting or executing combat vehicle testing is highly desired.
• Active Secret security clearance (required).
• Strong professional network at Fort Hood and a proven ability to take initiative, navigate institutional challenges, and deliver results.
• Must be local to Ft. Hood, TX.
