Description

Revolution is now hiring for Attendants for the Reprocessing department in Mesquite, TX. This role will be responsible for learning the basic operations of production department(s) in processing materials or manufacturing products in an industrial organization.

  • Assume responsibility for the finished product.
  • Fill in on any line as line attendant as required at the main plant.
  • Operating guillotine and scrapping as needed for production.
  • Read and understand production orders in English.
  • Document quality checks on time, verifying correct count and label.
  • Must be willing and able to guide, teach, and direct co-workers that are assigned to assist you on any given machine.
  • Know packing materials and procedures.
  • Distinguish between acceptable and unacceptable quality standards.
  • Assists in taking the line down and putting it back up.
  • Assist in basic preventative maintenance

  • Keep work area clean and organized.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Experience with automated manufacturing equipment preferred.
  • Rotating 12-hour shift 7:00am-7:00pm.
  • Ability to physically meet the requirement of the job, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Must be able to stand 12 hours.
  • Bilingual preferred but not required (English/Spanish).
