The Mission
Leidos is seeking a highly qualified candidate for the Project Analyst role to work in our San Antonio, TX office. This is an exciting opportunity to use your experience assisting the Integrated Defensive Cyber System mission. The ideal candidate will have experience integrating multiple project deliverables and standardizing delivery of multiple capabilities. This position is located near Lackland Air Force Base; all work is onsite.
Primary Tasks:
- Provide analytical support for Earned Value Management (EVM) metrics during proposal and execution phases.
- Help identify execution risks and issues related to staffing, suppliers, schedule performance, and cost-plus program execution.
- Partner with Leidos finance on forecasting, planning, and variance analysis in support of commitments
- Support management and oversight of program-related charge numbers and program costs including workflow initiation, tracking, and compliance.
- Assist with tracking and reporting of business funds and other operational budgets.
- Ensure personnel rosters are accurate and up to date according to business functions and time-charging.
- Provide data-driven insights to support leadership decision-making on resource allocation and execution priorities
Basic Qualifications
- Requires 8 – 12 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 6 – 10 years of prior relevant experience. Additional years of experience will be accepted in lieu of a degree.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI, with experience creating executive-level operational reports and briefings.
- Working knowledge of program execution processes, financial forecasting, and operational metrics.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with senior leaders.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work “in the weeds” with data
- U.S. Citizen
- Current/active DoD Secret Clearance.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with enterprise reporting tools or financial dashboards
- Exposure to scheduling, program execution, or operational performance tracking
