Overview
We are seeking an experienced Water Resources Senior Project Manager to lead the planning, design, and delivery of water-related infrastructure projects. This role focuses on stormwater management, hydrology and hydraulics (H&H), and drainage systems for municipal, state, and federal clients.

Responsibilities
- Manage and deliver stormwater, drainage, and water resources engineering projects from concept through construction.
- Perform and oversee H&H modeling, stormwater analysis, and design of drainage systems.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations for water quality and flood control.
- Oversee scope, schedule, budget, QA/QC, and contract compliance.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate with other engineering disciplines.
- Provide technical guidance and mentor junior staff.
- Develop proposals, pursue new opportunities, and maintain strong client relationships.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in water resources engineering, including stormwater and drainage design.
- Proficiency in H&H modeling software (e.g., HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, SWMM).
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering (or related discipline).
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
- Strong leadership, communication, and client-facing skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with municipal stormwater systems, floodplain analysis, and erosion control.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD Civil 3D and GIS tools.
- Business development experience in a consulting environment.
