Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Intelligence & Operations Program Lead to support a government client in Arlington. This individual will lead intelligence and operational teams responsible for identifying threats, developing targeting strategies, and managing technical and operational programs supporting mission objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
·Program Leadership: Lead and manage a multidisciplinary team of intelligence analysts, technical specialists, and targeting officers while fostering a collaborative, high-performing environment.
·Operational Strategy: Work with senior leadership to develop and execute operational strategies and mission plans aligned with national security objectives.
·Intelligence Analysis: Direct the collection and fusion of all-source intelligence (HUMINT, SIGINT, GEOINT) to develop actionable targeting and threat assessments.
·Cyber and Technical Support: Provide technical targeting support to U.S. Government cyber activities and evaluate computer networks and mobile devices for vulnerabilities.
·Technical Oversight: Responsible for network engineering and coding objectives supporting operational and mission requirements.
·Stakeholder Engagement: Deliver concise briefings and reports to senior stakeholders on intelligence findings, operational progress, and program outcomes.
·Quality and Compliance: Ensure intelligence products and operational activities meet required standards and comply with applicable policies and security guidelines.
·Gap Analysis: Identify intelligence gaps and direct collection and analytical efforts to address mission-critical information needs.
Experience Required:
·10+ years of government experience in leadership and operations roles.
·Experience in cybersecurity, communications, project management, strategy-based planning, talent management, programming, and budgeting.
·Demonstrated experience managing teams, programs, and operational initiatives in government or national security environments.

Education:
Bachelor's degree, equivalent coursework, or equivalent years of relevant experience in intelligence, cybersecurity, engineering, national security, or related fields.
