Delivery Program ManagerLeidos

Leidos is seeking a Delivery Program Manager to lead delivery execution and overall outcome implementation of a flagship, enterprise-scale data and AI platform supporting mission-critical operations across the Department of Defense. This program sits at the forefront of data, analytics, and AI-driven decision advantage, enabling senior leaders to operate with speed, precision, and trusted information at global scale.
You will operate as a key leader within a high-visibility program, helping shape delivery strategy, drive execution, and ensure mission outcomes across a complex ecosystem of Government policy makers, warfighters, engineers, and industry partners. This is not a traditional program management role. It is an opportunity to own delivery of a living, evolving platform at the intersection of AI, data, and national security.
What You’ll Do:
Own Program Execution
Drive end-to-end execution across cost, schedule, performance, and risk for a $160-million large-scale enterprise program.
Ensure delivery at mission pace, balancing speed, quality, and operational impact.
Lead integrated teams across Leidos, subcontractors, and Government stakeholders.
Shape Delivery of Advanced Capabilities
Oversee delivery of capabilities spanning enterprise data platforms, analytics, AI/ML, cloud, and DevSecOps.
Translate mission needs into scalable, production-grade solutions deployed in real operational environments.
Contribute to product strategy, roadmap execution, and continuous delivery pipelines.
Operate at the Center of Complexity
Navigate a multi-stakeholder, high-visibility environment with competing priorities and evolving requirements.
Influence decisions at the senior Government and executive level.
Resolve cross-domain challenges spanning technology, mission, and operations.
Drive Accountability & Transparency
Establish and maintain program controls across financials, staffing, delivery metrics, and performance outcomes.
Deliver clear, actionable insights through executive reporting (MSRs, PMRs, briefings).
Identify risks early and drive mitigation to protect mission delivery.
Ensure Mission Continuity
Lead transition activities with minimal operational disruption.
Support compliance, audit, and contractual obligations in a mission-critical environment.
Basic Qualifications:
10+ years of experience leading large-scale, multi-disciplinary programs in Federal or DoD environments.
Proven track record delivering enterprise IT systems, including data platforms, analytics, or AI-enabled solutions.
Experience managing cost-reimbursable programs with full responsibility for cost, schedule, and performance.
Strong understanding of cloud architectures, DevSecOps, data engineering, and cybersecurity principles.
Experience leading cross-functional technical teams (software, data, cyber, systems engineering).
Experience operating within SAFe or large-scale Agile frameworks.
Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive execution across organizational boundaries.
Bachelor’s + 15 years experience OR Master’s + 13 years experience.
Active TS clearance with SCI eligibility.
Preferred Qualifications:
Active TS/SCI clearance
SAFe (SA, SPC) and/or PMP / PgMP certification
Experience operating across NIPRNet, SIPRNet, and JWICS
Experience with Zero Trust and RMF authorization processes
Experience delivering in multi-cloud environments (AWS GovCloud, C2S, SC2S)
Experience managing performance-based environments with SLAs and measurable outcomes
