Program Manager
Location: Arlington, VA
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead and oversee complex projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program and project management, with proven skills in strategic planning, risk management, budget oversight, and stakeholder communication. This role requires a dynamic leader capable of resolving conflicts and driving project success in a fast-paced environment.
Essential Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical or managerial discipline.
- Five (5) to ten (10) years of professional experience in program/project management.
- Recent experience with:
- Strategic Planning
- Risk Management
- Budget Oversight
- Stakeholder Communication
- Leadership
- Conflict Resolution
Preferred qualifications:
- Project Management Professional (PMP)
- Experience with Government, Department of War, or Department of Navy internship programs.
