Are you a driven intelligence professional looking to make a strategic impact in national defense? Leidos is seeking a dedicated All-Source Analytic Tradecraft and Assessments Analyst to support the 16th Air Force and Air Combat Command's ISR missions under the expansive AF DCGS Enterprise.
As part of a large-scale Military Intelligence Program, you'll be instrumental in advancing analytic excellence across the 480th ISR Wing. Your work will directly shape intelligence products, tradecraft integrity, and strategic recommendations delivered to senior leadership.
Primary Responsibilities
- Provide Analytic Tradecraft and Assessments support to senior leaders, evaluating AF DCGS analytical products for compliance with ODNI Community Directives.
- Identify strengths, weaknesses, trends, and gaps across the 480th ISR Wing and deliver metrics with actionable recommendations.
- Apply experience in USAF intelligence operations, AF DCGS mission functions, AETs, and ISR C2.
- Utilize JIRA, Confluence, data analytics, and DOF processes to support assessments and workflow.
- Develop policy and guidance for All-Source Intelligence and coordinate with 16th Air Force and ACC to maintain and exceed compliance standards.
- Define All-Source Program requirements using intelligence analysis tools and execute Quality Assurance activities aligned with relevant TTPs and ICDs.
- Ensure timely dissemination of intelligence products and support development of All-Source training strategies.
- Advise senior leaders on analysis production issues and promote collaboration to enhance tactical and strategic intelligence products.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree plus 4+ years of intelligence experience (additional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree).
- Completion certificate from a DoD or IC specialized career field.
- Familiarity with multiple manned and unmanned ISR platform and sensor operating parameters, AF DCGS TTPs, and applicable DoD and IC directives.
- TS/SCI access eligibility on employment start date is required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Capable of working independently and collaboratively with on-site personnel and enterprise AF DCGS stakeholders and possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
