We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for our customers. This role is critical in ensuring smooth communication between customers, technicians, and management.

You will handle inbound calls, schedule service appointments, dispatch technicians, and support daily office operations.

Trademasters Service, an award-winning federal contractor, family owned and operated with over 30 years of industry experience offering complete facility operations management, maintenance and repairs to millions of square feet of premium government buildings, commercial and residential clients. We provide quality and efficient services for all the following systems or needs: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, call-desk operations, steam, boilers, UPS, generators, custodial, grounds, pest control, fire control systems, elevators, gates, bollards, service calls, architectural, structural and building systems.

Location: Onsite, not remote. Headquarters-7208 Lockport Place, Lorton, VA 22079.

Schedule: Full time, 40 hours per week plus overtime. M-F, Flexibility required because schedules will vary due to rotation of customer service coverage hours between 7AM to 5PM.

Customer Service Qualifications:

· Previous customer service or dispatch experience (HVAC, plumbing, or home services preferred)

· Strong communication and professional phone skills

· Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment

· Basic computer skills (dispatch software experience a plus)

· Professional, reliable, and team-oriented attitude

· Problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Customer Service Key Responsibilities:

· Answer incoming customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.

· Provides prompt, professional, and courteous support to customers by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive overall experience.

· Delivers excellent customer service by asking targeted questions to identify needs and recommending the most suitable services, including membership options.

· Schedule and coordinate service calls.

· Dispatch technicians based on location, urgency, and skill set.

· Provide customers with appointment updates and basic service information.

· Enter and update customer records in dispatch/software system.

· Support billing, service follow-ups, and general office tasks as needed.

· Communicate effectively with technicians and management team.

· Help ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and efficient workflow.
