- Minimize manual intervention, improve efficiency, and reduce human errorsImplement platforms that orchestrate work-flowsfor end-to-end task executionUtilize AI as well as predictive analytics to detect anomalies, predict failures, and initiate self-healing processes to reduce downtime and improve system resilience
Responsibilities
- Bachelor’s DegreeA minimum of 10 years’ experience within the Unified Communications field, having significant work experience related to VoIP systems and video teleconferencing systems and leading a team
