- Minimize manual intervention, improve efficiency, and reduce human errorsImplement platforms that orchestrate work-flowsfor end-to-end task executionUtilize AI as well as predictive analytics to detect anomalies, predict failures, and initiate self-healing processes to reduce downtime and improve system resilience
Responsibilities
- Bachelor’s DegreeThis position is expected to have the equivalent skills of Cisco CCNP Collaboration or higher certificationExperience in all UC systems including Avaya video phones, Microsoft Skype and Outlook, Polycom VTC Core systems and endpoints, Cisco systems and endpoints, ConnectedSign digital signage system, and the Cisco/vBrick Streaming-Portal-VideoOnDemand ServiceExperience in VoIP Minimum 5 years working experience in a UC environment.
