Pay Range: $25.00 per hour USD

Position Summary: 

This position is for a data analyst position on the ITSM Platforms Group.  The ITSM Platforms Groups administers the BMC Helix ITSM platform which hosts Work Order, Incident and Change tracking processes as well as the Configuration Management Database for our operations group.  

Responsibilities: 

• Processing work orders pertaining to the maintenance of configuration data
• Report generation
• CMDB data validation and reporting
• As the applicant gains experience, other support and operations tasks will be added 

Education: 

• Currently enrolled in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Business Systems Management, Database Manage mentor relevant degree program)

The pay range reflects the expected base salary for this position. Final compensation will be based on role, level, skills, experience, and geographic location.
