We’re looking for a motivated Line Lead I to support daily manufacturing operations, guide team performance, and ensure production goals are met with efficiency and quality. ? What You’ll Do
- Partner with the Building Supervisor or Production Group Leader to understand operational goals and KPIs
- Support team members in completing daily production tasks
- Monitor production schedules and help prioritize order builds
- Identify and resolve production barriers in real time
- Drive efficient, high-quality manufacturing processes that meet company and customer standards
- Coach and develop employees through goal setting, feedback, and performance management
- Identify training gaps and implement improvement plans
- Promote and uphold quality standards across the department
- Encourage and support continuous improvement initiatives
- Recognize and reward team and individual achievements
- Enforce company policies and safety standards
- Manage multiple priorities independently

Education & Experience
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in operations management or related field (preferred, not required)
- 1–2 years of production or manufacturing experience required
Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
- Ability to work on a computer for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
