Overview

The inventory control analyst isresponsible for analyzing and coordinating the ongoing logistical functions of Alliance Laundry Systems, including the entire life cycle of a product.This position will analyze and coordinate the acquisition, distribution, internal allocation, delivery, and final disposal of resources.The inventory control analyst position will support plant operations. 

 

This position provides a great opportunity to learn various facets of the manufacturing process. 



Responsibilities

    Collecting inventory and sales data 
    Identifying and analyzing discrepancies 
    Developing and improving inventory control systems 
    Maintaining detailed records of transactions 
    Verifying inventory counts within a timely manner. 
    Maintaining communication with manufacturing, scheduling, buyers and purchasing on inventory concerns 
    Analyze and correct system errors due to inventory moves, bill of material errors, ECN changes, etc. 
    Performs inventory system updates, including adjusting SAP based on findings and communicating any discrepancies to the appropriate parties 
    Processes a variety of inventory adjustments 
    Tracks material flow process for raw and semi-finished materials 
    Accurately troubleshoot and resolve inventory and purchasing problems 
    Analyze inventory data to identify areas for improvement, such as stock levels, accuracy, and rotation 


Qualifications



Knowledge/Experience: 

    Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, supply chain, or related field is required. Knowledge of material management systems desired SAP experience preferred

    Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

    Able to manage their time well.

Physical Requirements: 

    Position involves sitting for long periods, walking, standing, manual dexterity, stooping, bending and minimal lifting. 
    Work is performed both in the manufacturing plant as well as office settings
