Position_Description :

What You’ll Do

  1. Operate scrapers safely and efficiently on large-scale heavy civil and highway projects
  2. Cut, load, haul, spread, and finish material to grade and specs
  3. Work closely with foremen, grade checkers, and other operators to keep production moving
  4. Perform daily equipment inspections and communicate maintenance needs
  5. Follow site safety standards and help maintain a clean, organized work area


Position Requirements :

  1. Proven experience operating scrapers on heavy civil or highway projects
  2. Strong understanding of grades, cuts, fills, and production work
  3. Ability to work long hours and adapt to changing site conditions
