Account Receivable AssociateNature Environmental & Marine Services LLC

We're looking for someone with 2-5 years of experience as an Account Receivable Associate to join our finance team. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing the company's incoming payments and maintaining accurate financial records. You'll work closely with customers to resolve payment issues and ensure timely collection of outstanding balances. This position requires strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills to effectively interact with both internal teams and external clients.

Process and post customer payments accurately while maintaining detailed records of all accounts receivable transactions Monitor aging reports and follow up with customers on past-due accounts through phone calls and email correspondence Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing discrepancies in collaboration with internal departments
