MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES/TASKS Maintain current training, certification and development requirements. Review and Approve Material Requests (MRS) within CHAMPS to ensure alignment with configuration management control requirements to support Maintenance and Operations scope. Process Material Service Order Forms as assigned (MSOF). Catalog CMMS Engineering Spares, Maintenance and Operations Materials to support operating plant. Support other parts request administration and inventory support functions. Maintains assigned tracking reports, metrics and records. Adhere to a published CMMS cataloging standard. Establishes the equipment Bill of Material (BOM) links to cataloged spares. Administer origination of all Spares Material Requisitions (SCR) to procure spares and services. Expedited tracking and reporting of spares requisition services requisition, purchase order award and delivery status. Receives balance into the CMMS. Initiates Subcontract Field Services Requisition. Performs the physical inventory balance and reconciliations and reporting. Initiation of LDDR’s (Loss, Damage, Destruction Report) when required. Oversees field activities through inspections, testing and equipment operations, which requires walking, standing, bending, and turning along with wearing of personal protective equipment. This position is located at the Construction Site (22 miles north of Richland) and works a 4 x 10 schedule, M-Th, 6:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Must be authorized to work and remain in the United States without Amentum visa sponsorship now or in the future.
