What you'll do • Manage large-scale, multi-phase civil site development projects for mission critical clients • Prepare and oversee the development of construction drawings for site grading, water, sewer, and storm drainage infrastructure • Lead project teams to deliver design solutions that meet scope, schedule, and quality objectives • Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal multidisciplinary teams • Participate in client meetings and provide technical guidance and project updates • Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D to support design development and project execution • Monitor project performance including scope, schedule, and budget • Support proposal development and contribute to project planning efforts What you bring • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering • Professional Engineer (PE) license strongly preferred • 6+ years of experience in civil engineering design • Experience producing site design plans for large-scale, multi-phase projects • Strong understanding of civil site development including grading and utility infrastructure • Working knowledge of AutoCAD, preferably Civil 3D • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a client-facing focus • Strong leadership abilities and experience working within project teams • Understanding of business metrics for project success • Proven ability to manage multiple assignments and appropriately prioritize workflow • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail • Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines Why Thomas & Hutton? • Competitive salary plus performance bonus • Condensed work schedule for better work-life balance • Top-tier health, dental, vision, and prescription coverage • 401(k), generous PTO, holidays, and tuition assistance • Thomas & Hutton University and hands-on Civil 3D mentoring to advance your career Schedule: On-site: Monday–Thursday 7:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m.; Friday 7:30 a.m.–11:30 a.m. How to apply: Ready to design the future?
