The Logistics Integration Branch Manager is responsible for leading the development, integration, and delivery of logistics and sustainment products across multiple programs. This role ensures that all Integrated Product Support (IPS) elements are aligned to program requirements and executed in a coordinated, scalable manner.
This leader will manage a cross-functional team responsible for provisioning, technical data, training, PHS&T, and logistics analysis, ensuring seamless transition from product development to field execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead development and integration of logistics and sustainment products across multiple programs
Translate program requirements (SOW/CDRLs) into executable logistics plans and deliverables
Oversee provisioning, spares planning, and asset visibility strategies
Direct development of technical manuals, publications, and training curriculum
Ensure alignment of PHS&T requirements and lifecycle logistics planning
Integrate logistics products with sustainment execution to enable fielding and long-term support
Manage workload distribution across multiple programs and balance resources accordingly
Establish and enforce standardized processes, tools, and quality controls across the branch
Coordinate with Program Managers, Engineering, and Sustainment teams to ensure integrated support
Identify capability gaps and drive hiring requirements aligned to program demand
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
8+ years of experience in logistics, sustainment, or Integrated Product Support (IPS) or 6+ years with MS degree
Demonstrated experience supporting DoD programs across lifecycle phases (development, fielding, sustainment)
Experience managing or leading cross-functional logistics teams
Strong understanding of provisioning, technical data, training development, and lifecycle logistics planning
Experience working in a matrixed environment supporting multiple programs simultaneously
Ability to translate complex requirements into structured, executable plans
Active or ability to obtain a DoD security clearance
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with CDRL development and execution
Familiarity with DoD logistics standards and frameworks (e.g., IPS Elements)
Background in both development and sustainment environments
Experience with workload planning and resource management tools
Lean Six Sigma or process improvement experience
DAU coursework or equivalent acquisition/logistics certifications
