The Leidos Digital Modernization Sector is seeking a qualified and trained Program Analyst for a role in an engineering support services program for U.S. Army customers at Aberdeen Proving Grounds, MD. The Program Analyst is responsible for analyzing and measuring the effectiveness of existing business processes and developing sustainable, repeatable and quantifiable business process improvements to bring about the successful completion of the CYBERTRON program goals and objectives.
The CYBERTRON program delivers highly skilled engineering services to the U.S. Army C5ISR Center in their mission of cybersecurity research and development and cryptographic modernization.
Primary Responsibilities
- Must have knowledge in how to plan, analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of operating programs.
- Must be able to use source data to evaluate the effectiveness of programs and business processes.
- Must be able to use qualitative and quantitative analytical skills to assess the effectiveness of the operations.
- Works independently to achieve day-to-day objectives with significant impact on operational results or project deliverables.
Basic Qualifications
- Must be a US Citizen and possess a Secret Clearance
- Bachelor’s degree in business discipline with 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Appropriate DoD 8750 certification (Security+ or higher).
- Must have a full understanding of business concepts, principles, industry practices and standards.
- Able to communicate with internal and client project team members.
- Works to influence team members regarding solution design, process and/or approaches.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s with 2+ years of relevant experience
- Eligible for TS / SCI
- Experience supporting Army programs
