The Leidos Digital Modernization Sector is seeking a qualified and trained Budget Analyst for a role in an engineering support services program for U.S. Army customers at Aberdeen Proving Grounds, MD. The Budget Analyst is responsible for the financial aspects of program’s budget and schedule to bring about the successful completion of the CYBERTRON program goals and objectives.
The CYBERTRON program delivers highly skilled engineering services to the U.S. Army C5ISR Center in their mission of cybersecurity research and development and cryptographic modernization.

Your Responsibilities As a Budget Analyst
Performs various budget functions involving the formulation, justification, and/or execution of budgets for organizations, programs, or projects.
Create and maintain a program's budget and schedule, analyze progress reported against the program baseline; identify risks and opportunities against the program baseline.
Requires knowledge and skill in the application of related laws, regulations, policies, precedents, methods and techniques of budgeting.
Basic Qualifications
Must be a US Citizen and possess a Secret Clearance * Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience or Master’s with 2+ years of relevant experience.
Appropriate DoD 8750 certification (Security+ or higher).
Must have full understanding of concepts, principles and industry practices and standards.
Must be able to work independently to achieve day-to-day objectives with significant impact on operational results or project deliverables
Preferred Qualifications:
Eligible for TS / SCI
Experience supporting Army programs
Clearance Required:
Must possess an active DoD Secret clearance at time of consideration
