The Opportunity
Are you ready to shape the future of global security? The Leidos Intelligence Sector is seeking a highly skilled All-Source Analyst - Senior to serve in a mission-essential, 24x7x365 Intelligence Watch role in direct support of the J2/Joint Intelligence Operations Center (JIOC) and USCYBERCOM. The analyst will conduct real-time analysis using intelligence and information from multiple sources to assess, interpret, forecast, and explain a spectrum of regional and functional national security issues. This position delivers critical, around-the-clock all-source analytic support to collections, operations, incident management, investigations, and emerging cyber threat intelligence requirements.

What you'll be doing:
Provide continuous intelligence support, operating in a 24x7x365 watch floor environment to enable J2/JIOC operations, incident response, and situational awareness. Assist the JOC Intelligence Watch Officer in understanding, managing, and mitigating incidents on the Department of Defense Information Network (DoDIN) and manage the dissemination of daily single-source reporting related to USCYBERCOM Priority Intelligence Requirements (PIRs). Develop, produce, and disseminate briefbooks, alerts, daily summaries, and briefing slides for leadership and stakeholders. Update, maintain, and post intelligence products on USCYBERCOM/J2 enterprise platforms and websites across multiple networks, including NIPRNET, SIPRNET, JWICS, and NSANet. Monitor adversary activity and emerging threats; provide contextual analysis of findings and conduct data transfer authority duties as required. Leverage a variety of intelligence production tools and databases, including Palantir, Modernized Integrated Database (MIDB), Cyber Common Operating Picture (CyberCOP), Target Knowledge Base, Cyber Threat Matrix, Automated Message Handling System, WISE Information Management System, Network Knowledge Base, Foxtail, CENTAUR, ispace, Pathfinder, and Microsoft OneNote. Support USCYBERCOM’s Defense Warning Program efforts with timely reporting and contextual threat assessment. Develop, manage, and continuously update threat indicators and levels for specified cyber threat entities, ensuring real-time situational awareness. Monitor daily reporting, traffic, databases, and analytic tools for indicators and warning of new threat trends, and promptly report and brief changes in indicators or threat levels to leadership and command elements. Provide support to meetings within the assigned area of responsibility (AoR), both at USCYBERCOM and at other government or cleared defense contractor facilities. Occasional travel may be required to support mission needs. Produce and maintain Operational Instructions (OIs) for command-wide programs and initiatives as assigned by the Government, ensuring operational continuity and compliance. Serve as All-Source Watch Manager, as required, supporting the JOC Intelligence Watch Officer in managing and mitigating incidents, and managing daily single-source reporting related to PIRs. Report to the Cyber Battle Captain (CBC) and, during surge operations, fulfill duties as the Intel Watch Officer to maintain mission continuity and analytic support.
Needed Experience, Skills, and Education:
Minimum 12 years of experience related to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
Master’s degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education; or have Bachelor’s degree related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and an additional 5 years of related senior experience, for a total of 17 years, as a substitute to the Master’s degree. Additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
Clearance Needed:

Demonstrates ability to work independently with minimal oversight and direction.
Demonstrates ability to develop concise, insightful, and comprehensive products for defense intelligence.
Demonstrates ability to lead teams in researching multifaceted or critical problems. Provides guidance in selecting, designing, and applying analytic methodologies. Uses argument evaluation and validated analytic methodologies to challenge differing perspectives.
