Seeking a motivated Senior Systems Engineer to support the exciting Analysis & Mitigations mission to assist in defining and implementing a system architecture for an Agentic Knowledge Management System using an agentic framework to perform automated knowledge extraction. The engineer will work closely with the project lead to manage system integration, develop and maintain deployment strategies and processes, ensure compliance, perform system testing, validation, and life cycle sustainment. Additionally, participate in the development and maintenance of technical plans, milestones, and code reviews.
Job Responsibilities/Qualifications:
- Mission Focus: Collaborate closely with project leadership to manage system integration, develop and maintain deployment strategies and processes to ensure smooth delivery of product. Coordinate efforts across the team for effective collaboration and project delivery. Ensure compliance with system standards and best practices through system testing, validation, and life cycle sustainment. Develop and maintain technical plans, milestones, and code reviews.
- Technical Proficiency: Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure seamless component integration. Decompose project requirements into actionable technical tasks and specifications for software engineers, data scientists, and UX designers. Maintain comprehensive documentation of system architecture, integration, and deployment. Implement and enforce system standards, protocols, and best practices. Conduct regular security, performance, and quality audits for compliance.
- Qualifications: Bachelor's degree plus nine (9)years of relevant experience or equivalent. Understanding of Agile and other constructs, and CI/CD practices
- Security Clearance: Active TS/SCI with Polygraph required to be considered for this role.
- Desirable Skills: Knowledge of Agentic frameworks (langgraph) and customer dataflows and sources.
