Leidos is seeking a Mid‑Level All‑Source ISR Scenario Developer to support the ACC/A2 ISR contract at Nellis AFB, Nevada. In this role, you will apply Modeling & Simulation (M&S) expertise to enable advanced ISR testing, tactics development, and integrated training for U.S. Air Force, Joint, and Coalition partners.
You’ll develop synthetic SIGINT/IMINT injects, support developmental testing of emerging technologies, and help shape full‑spectrum combat training environments that blend live, virtual, and constructive elements.
Important Note: This is a temporary position with the potential to transition into a permanent role. The current period of performance runs through September 2026, offering a unique opportunity to make a measurable impact within a defined mission window.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Work directly with customers and teammates to research, analyze, fuse, and produce layered intelligence products supporting complex combat training scenarios.
- Develop a wide range of synthetic SIGINT/IMINT injects for integrated live‑virtual‑constructive (LVC) environments.
- Prepare intelligence products and support training development, assessment, and scenario refinement.
- Collaborate with analysts and operators engaged in composite force exercises across the full spectrum of tactical employment.
- Explore, learn, and integrate new tools into constructive training architectures.
- Support occasional shift work during major exercise events.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and 4–8 years of relevant experience .Additional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
- Active TS/SCI clearance
- Knowledge of M&S platforms used within the intelligence community
- Familiarity with intelligence collection processes, SIGINT/IMINT capabilities, and reporting
- Understanding of intelligence organizations, systems, and multi‑source analytic techniques
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and deliver high‑quality products under tight timelines
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a high‑tempo, collaborative team
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working within the U.S. Intelligence Community or U.S. Air Force
- Experience supporting Large Force Employment (LFE) exercises such as RED FLAG or Weapons School Integration
