Senior Project Manager -New York City Development Firm - Affordable Housing Projects

Your new role

My client is looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee a large-scale affordable housing renovation project with the existing construction management team.

What you'll need to succeed

• At least 5 years' of experience as Senior Project Manager
• Extensive residential construction experience, both ground up and renovation
• Affordable housing & Tennant in place experience preferred
