The Inventory Control Analyst is responsible forprocessing, monitoring, and analyzing inventory levels. Provide accurate reporting across all 3PLs with a focus on minimizing costs. Partners with Inbound, Outbound and Account Executives to ensure the accuracy of the inventory. Resolve errors on inventory transactions and maintain system accuracy.
**This position will work from our Irving, TX Office.*
**Responsibilities**
* Daily comparisons of 3PL inventory to BC identify variances and correct them
* Point of Contact for all Sales Inquiries for Inventory and Reworks
* Systematically process Inventory adjustments
* Work with Michael C. to ensure BC accuracy of item attributes and update items for Replenishment and Available to Sell.
* Work with 3PLs to request cycle counts and Transfers
* Manage FBA/Coalition inventory transactions
* Researching receipts and shortages with 3PLs or Point of Origin
* Work closely with the Inventory Control India team, coordinating efforts between India team and US team
**Qualifications**
* Related Experience: A minimum of 3 years in inventory control, warehousing, sales & product knowledge.
* Required to perform multiple tasks with a need to occasionally upgrade skills to meet the need of the business.
* Basic Computer skills with the knowledge of Excel, Microsoft, and Outlook.
* Excellent math skills, strong communication and organizational skills.
* Have a strong understanding of Inventory Control procedures.
* Experience with Microsoft Finance and Operations and Microsoft Business Central.
* Experience with Microsoft Finance and Operations and Microsoft Business Central.
* Have experience using Microsoft Software; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and/or Database related programs;
* Recognize the importance of critical thinking with the ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects;
* Be able to work independently as well as within a team environment
**Education**
* 4 year BA or BS college degree is desired
