to join the team in

(cityname, state) ! In this role you will be a key member of the leadership team and responsible for the direct management of the Youth and Adult Behavioral Health Outpatient/Intensive Outpatient and Recovery Step Down (RSD) programs in San Mateo County. Position

: M-F, day shifts (Full time - W2)

Responsibilities:

Handles aspects of management, including direct supervision and training of direct services and administrative support staff. Responsible for the overall management of programmatic and administrative operations. Has responsibility for coordination of services, and ensuring contractual requirements are being met. Represents the agency with a high degree of professionalism and maintains positive working relationships with funders, CBOs, schools, and other stakeholders. Leads or assists in developing Plan, Do, Study, Act (PDSA) processes for the design, evaluation, and quality improvement processes. Requirements:

Relevant Bachelor's degree, or Drug and Alcohol Certification recognized by DHCS Minimum of one year of experience in mentoring, coaching, training or supervising staff or volunteers. Minimum of four years of experience in co-occurring behavioral health treatment in an inpatient or outpatient community mental health setting. Knowledge of community resources. Experience with government contracts and compliance. Benefits offered:
